From my STEM background I have developed strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. I decided to use my skills in a career in software engineering, where I can utilize my analytical mindset and technical aptitude to design and develop innovative software solutions.
I have a strong foundation in programming languages such as Javascript and Python, as well as experience with popular frameworks such as React. I am highly motivated to continue learning and expanding my skillset, and am eager to join a team where I can contribute my expertise and drive results.
HTML
My uncle first gave me an HTML book in middle school. Now I'm able to create semantic HTML based off job specifications.
CSS
I use CSS to make websites pop and to give users a better experience. I am familiar with using CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation to streamline website development
Javascript
I pride myself on writing clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices, using JavaScript or its superset TypeScript to make it happen.
React
I'm skilled in using React to create complex user interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience. I have experience using Redux with React to manage application state, resulting in a more predictable and maintainable codebase.
Node
With my expertise in Node.js, I can create RESTful APIs that enable client-side applications to interact with server-side data.
MongoDB
I have experience using MongoDB with Node.js to build full-stack web applications that leverage the power of both technologies.
